We’re not a call center. We’re not a middleman. And we’re definitely not a guy with a key machine pretending to be a locksmith.
Spartan Security LLC is a veteran-owned, professional locksmith and safe service company based in Collins, Mississippi, serving customers throughout the state. We built this company around a pretty simple idea: know your craft, invest in the right equipment, treat people right, and stand behind your work.
When you call Spartan Security, you’re dealing directly with us—the people who own the company and the professionals who actually show up to do the work. There’s no nationwide dispatch center taking a cut, no mystery technician being sent from who-knows-where, and no bouncing between five people trying to explain the same problem.
You call us. We show up. We handle it. And we stand behind it.
Our work covers a lot of ground. We provide automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services, professional safe services, car key replacement, high-security key work, access and security solutions, and advanced OEM vehicle programming. On the automotive side, our capabilities extend well beyond making keys. We perform dealer-level programming involving immobilizer systems and vehicle modules including ECMs, PCMs, BCMs, TCMs, and other security-related systems using professional and OEM-level equipment.
Safe work is another specialized part of what we do. Not every locksmith is a safe technician—just like not everyone who cuts or programs a car key is a locksmith. Safe servicing, diagnostics, opening, repair, and lock work require their own specialized knowledge, tools, techniques, and training. We respect those distinctions because customers deserve someone who understands the equipment they’re working on.
And while technology is a huge part of this industry, the equipment doesn't replace experience. We continually invest in professional tools, OEM software, training, and education because this trade never stops changing. The vehicles get smarter. Security systems evolve. Locks change. Safes change. So we keep learning.
We’re proud to be a Mississippi small business, proud members of the Covington County Chamber of Commerce, and proud to serve communities throughout our home state. From a homeowner who simply needs a lock repaired to a dealership or repair facility that needs advanced vehicle programming, the value of the job doesn’t determine the value of the customer.
At the end of the day, Spartan Security isn't built around how many calls we can cram into a schedule.
It’s built around doing work we’re proud to put our name on.
Because anybody can sell you a product or promise you a service.
What matters is who shows up—and who still answers the phone after the job is done.
Why “Spartan” Security?
We get asked this a lot—and no, it’s not because we all look like warriors from the movie 300.
The name Spartan isn’t about appearances. It’s about mindset, discipline, and commitment.
The Spartans were known for dedicating themselves completely to their craft. It wasn’t a side job, a hobby, or a backup plan—it was a way of life.
That’s the mentality we bring to the security industry.
This isn’t something we dabble in. Professional locksmithing, automotive security, OEM vehicle programming, and safe work are what we do. As locksmiths and safe technicians, we continually invest in the specialized training, professional equipment, technology, and experience required to perform these services correctly.
And that distinction matters. Not every person who cuts or programs a car key is a locksmith, and not every locksmith is a safe technician. Each discipline requires its own knowledge, tools, training, and experience. We take that specialization seriously.

Precision Without Compromise.
Adam
Adam didn’t exactly grow up planning to become a locksmith.
He was, however, that kid who took apart the family VCR just to figure out how it worked—and, on a good day, even managed to put it back together.
Turns out, not much has changed.
That curiosity eventually became a career built around figuring out how things work, why they stopped working, and how to make them work again. After serving his country and working in the security field, Adam brought that experience, problem-solving mindset, and lifelong tendency to take things apart into what would eventually become Spartan Security LLC.
Today, he works as a professional locksmith and safe technician, specializing heavily in automotive security and advanced OEM vehicle programming. One call might involve originating a lost vehicle key, the next diagnosing an immobilizer problem, programming a replacement module, servicing a safe, or solving a lock problem at someone’s home or business.
And that's exactly how he likes it.
Adam is a firm believer that owning the right tool doesn't make someone a technician—knowing what to do when the tool doesn't give you the answer does. That philosophy drives a constant investment in training, professional equipment, OEM technology, and learning the increasingly complicated systems he works with every day.
When he isn’t somewhere in Mississippi staring suspiciously at a lock, safe, or vehicle that refuses to cooperate, you’ll probably find him drinking entirely too much coffee, making terrible dad jokes, working on another project, or having a very serious technical discussion with himself.
The troubleshooting department meetings can get heated.
Underneath the humor, though, the philosophy is simple: do honest work, treat people right, and never stop learning your craft.
Because when someone calls Spartan Security, Adam doesn't see another work order.
He sees a problem that needs solving.
And if there’s one thing he has never been particularly good at, it’s leaving a problem unsolved.
Brittany
Brittany may be known around Spartan Security as “Mrs. Locksmith,” but don’t let the nickname fool you—she’s an important part of what keeps this operation moving.
As Adam’s wife and partner in the business, Brittany handles plenty behind the scenes, but she’s also becoming an increasingly familiar face in the field. When she’s riding along on service calls, you’ll often find her running the mobile shop, operating the key machines, preparing keys, managing equipment, and keeping everything moving while Adam handles the work outside the van.
In other words, while Adam is crawling around somebody’s vehicle, Brittany is usually making sure he doesn’t have to climb in and out of the van 47 times.
But her role at Spartan has continued to grow.
Brittany is also a safe technician and is becoming increasingly involved in Spartan Security’s safe division. She continues to expand her training and hands-on experience with safe locks, servicing, diagnostics, and other specialized safe work.
That matters to us because safe work is its own discipline. Not every locksmith is a safe technician, and becoming proficient with safes requires specialized training, tools, knowledge, and experience.
Whether she’s keeping the mobile locksmith shop running efficiently, working behind the scenes, or standing in front of a safe figuring out what it has decided not to cooperate with today, Brittany has become an integral part of Spartan Security.
She isn't just along for the ride.
